Reporting

Everyone deserves to feel safe. If someone on LushyChat behaves in a way that violates our rules or puts you or others at risk, reporting helps us take action and improve the service.

When to report

Consider reporting if you experience or witness, for example:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse;
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation of minors;
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or threats to share private material;
  • Attempts to obtain financial information, passwords, or scams;
  • Other conduct that violates our Terms and conditions or applicable law.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Online reporting tools are not a substitute for emergency response.

How to report in the product

Use the report option in the LushyChat interface during or after a session, as available in your version of the app. Follow the prompts and provide as much accurate detail as you can—what happened, when, and any other fields we ask for. Clear reports are easier to triage fairly.

You can also use block and skip controls to protect yourself without waiting for a review outcome.

What we may review

To investigate reports, we may review information permitted under our Privacy policy, such as session metadata, account identifiers, and content submitted with your report. We use this information for safety, enforcement, and legal compliance—not for unrelated marketing.

What to expect after you report

We aim to handle reports consistently with our policies and capacity. We may not be able to tell you the specific outcome of another user's account (for privacy and safety reasons). Serious violations can lead to warnings, restrictions, or permanent suspension.

If you believe we missed something important, you may follow any appeal or escalation path we publish in the product, where available.

Law enforcement

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when legally required and consistent with our policies. Users seeking police involvement should contact their local law enforcement directly with relevant facts; we will respond to valid legal process as applicable.
